Do you really care? I thought you did.

But you treat me like I\'m not there- Like I\'m a little kid.

Sometimes I think you\'ll change and accept me for who I am.

But you leave me alone and hurting, like a lost lamb.

I want to hate you, to loathe you with all my heart.

But everytime I see you I get weak and never want us to part.

What is this you\'ve done to me?

I\'m bound yet feel so free.

I want to love you, yet I hold back,

Because I know such feelings for me you lack.

I cry inside, angry at myself.

Angry for thinking I could have ever had this wealth.

I still hold out hope, but just a glimmer.

Yet in this storm of emotions, my hope begins to flicker.

I don\'t know what to do, I\'m so confused now.

I can only watch helplessly as you exit my life with a bow.

So even though you\'re gone, I still feel the pain,

And this one question remains...
Do you really care?
